Most web development teams are made up of an engineer and a designer and perhaps others, two or more individuals who collaborate on projects. This is the norm because one brain hemisphere specializes in technical details, and the other in creative possibility, so naturally, engineering and artistic skill sets derive from different hemispheres, and usually only one side of the brain dominates in any given individual. On this account, we see, for example:
