too, we offer this remarkable guarantee....We guarantee that you will be fully satisfied with the functionality and appearance of your new or rebuilt website or web management software module (such as a shopping cart system or eticketing system) or custom solution or design services (traffic enhancement services not included).
If not, just express to us your dissatisfaction within one week after we notify you that delivery is complete. Except as noted below, there are no qualifications. Just tell us how you feel. If you are not fully satisfied, we will issue a credit for $100 or 15% of the total project (whichever is less) to be applied toward any outstanding balance or future service.

SEO and Other Traffic Enhancement Services Not Covered: Guarantee does not apply to search engine optimization or other traffic enhancement services. SEO is like medicine. Both are valuable services; yet both are subject to infinite variables. So outcomes cannot be precisely engineered, and are not guaranteeable. We never make any advance claim about potential effectiveness, that is, how high your search engine ranking will be after SEO services are delivered, because that is impossible to predict; and has more to do with how much your competitors are investing in the race against you than it does with the performance of your SEO service provider. SEO services are offered as-is, without effectiveness claims. Our only claim regarding SEO services is that we will apply relevant experience in good faith and take measures on your behalf that have helped other clients. Ultimately, if our traffic enhancement efforts on your behalf do not produce the desired ranking, it is because you did not yet invest enough (which is very common unfortunately among small business operators). Did you realize that many organizations spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars each month, year after year, to improve their “organic” search engine ranking? It may not be possible for you to compete equally in the SEO race against organizations with larger budgets, but cutting out the fat by means of more cost-effective SEO services is a reasonable starting place.
Significantly Discounted Projects Not Covered: Twenty percent of our clients are non-profit organizations who get 5% to 50% discounts off market rate for products and services we provide, so that we may support their missions to make the world a better place. If your project already includes a significant discount off market rate (15% or more), then any risk is already mitigated by virtue of your initial discount; and further assurances would be excessive. Our $100 guarantee does not apply to such projects.
